Gazump! is a bidding game for 3–6 players. Earn victory points by winning lots, but watch your debt — whoever has the most debt at the end is eliminated!

Each round, several lots are revealed with point cards. All players simultaneously choose a lot and a bid amount from the ladder ($0, $2, $6, $12, $20, $30, $42) - or skip by clicking the GAZUMP! button. The highest bidder on each lot wins it. Tied bids are broken by reputation (REP). Losers get their bid refunded and make another bid for an empty lot.

Players who skipped bidding can now gazump — placing a bid that strictly exceeds any existing commitment on a lot. Gazumpers get to see what the high bids are for each lot, but if they gazump and lose they must still pay their bid for an empty lot.

After the 8th round, the player with the most debt is eliminated (if there's a tie, all tied players are eliminated). Then, whoever has the highest VP among the remaining players wins.
